Palm Jebel Ali

Palm Jebel Ali is one of Dubai’s iconic man-made islands, part of the visionary Palm Islands project developed by Nakheel. Situated in the Jebel Ali area, southwest of the original Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali is designed to be a larger and more ambitious counterpart, featuring a unique palm tree shape with a crescent-shaped breakwater.

Covering an area of approximately 50 square kilometers, Palm Jebel Ali is intended to provide a mix of residential, commercial, and leisure facilities, making it a self-contained and vibrant community. The island's design includes a trunk, 17 fronds, and a crescent, creating a striking and recognizable silhouette visible from space.

The residential areas on Palm Jebel Ali are planned to feature a variety of luxury villas, townhouses, and apartments, many of which offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the island’s lush landscaping.
