About the role
You'll guide investors through Dubai's off-plan market — matching them to the right launches, modelling returns honestly, and managing the journey from reservation to handover.
You'll work directly with our developer partners and our advisory desk to bring clients opportunities before they hit the open market.
What you'll do
Advise investors on off-plan launches across the UAE.
Build clear, honest ROI and payment-plan models for every recommendation.
Maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams.
Manage the client journey from booking through to handover.
What we're looking for
3+ years in off-plan or investment sales.
Strong numeracy and comfort with ROI / IRR modelling.
A network of investors, or the drive to build one.
