Pricing your property right

Accurate pricing is the single biggest driver of a fast sale. We use live comparables, current demand and time-on-market data to position your property competitively without leaving money on the table.

The transfer process

Once you accept an offer, you sign the MOU and the buyer pays a deposit. You then obtain the developer NOC, settle any mortgage, and complete the transfer at the DLD trustee office.
